I’ve been a chef for over 26 years, cooking everywhere from hotels and restaurants to weddings, retreats, workshops, and family festivals across the UK and Europe. Food has taken me from Austria to gatherings around the continent, and what I’ve learned is simple: the kitchen is the heart of every event.My style is playful, generous, and rooted in fresh ingredients. Whether it’s a hundred guests at a retreat, a wedding feast, or an intimate dinner, I work with people to make their space feel alive — wherever it is. For me, the kitchen is always open: a place where guests can watch, help, laugh, dance, or simply relax while something delicious is prepared with love.

Weddings & Celebrations

From intimate garden weddings to grand celebrations, I create food that reflects the love and joy of the day. Whether it’s a single feast or a multi-day event, I serve with menus that are fresh, beautiful, and tailored to your story.

Retreats & Festivals

I have extensive experience cooking for retreats and festivals of 100–200 guests over a full week. These are immersive, communal experiences, and the food is central to the atmosphere. From hearty meals to vibrant buffets, I create menus that keep people energised, cared for, and connected.

Evenings & Gatherings

For dinner parties, anniversaries, and community evenings of up to 60 people, I bring warmth and creativity to the table. These gatherings are about connection — friends, family, or colleagues enjoying food that feels both special and relaxed.

Seminars & Workshops

Food has the power to support learning, creativity, and collaboration. For seminars and workshops of 30–40 people, I provide nourishing, freshly cooked meals across 2–7 days. Working solo, I manage every detail — from breakfasts that start the day well to dinners that bring people together.
